Location: Remote (Work From Home) | Hours: 35 hours per week
We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end data migration projects. You will be responsible for transferring data between systems with accuracy, integrity, and minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage data migration processes
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Identify and resolve data-related issues during migration
- Generate reports and documentation for migration activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of UK Pension databases and systems
- Familiarity with Pension Systems and Payroll Systems
- Experience with data mapping and data reconciliation
- Proficiency in Python for data handling and automation
- Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
